Leadership truly has changed my life for the better and led me to where I am today. But I can assure you that my journey to becoming a personal and professional coach was never a clear, easy, or direct path. I have experienced numerous ups and downs throughout my life, and continue to be a work in progress.

My coaching philosophy begins with an understanding that life isn't linear and that we are all works in progress.
